FLAG FOOTBALL DAY CAMP

We run really fun camps on school holidays and teacher enrichment days when parent work.

Come out and play fun Flag Football games with all your friends and meet some new ones. First, players are broken up into three groups as we want to keep all levels equal through age, size and talent.  Then, players run basic warm-ups and drills for the first 30 minutes. We play games with no more than 9 kids per team and rotate quarterbacks and primary receivers to ensure fun for everyone.  We take a lunch break at noon and provide a pizza, apples and carrots lunch.  Kid will be having fun after lunch playing team games to break up the day.  After our fun contest hour, kids will be back throwing touchdowns and intercepting passes.  We provide bottles of water and healthy snack breaks throughout the day.  These camps are about fun times and teach you teamwork, sharing and strategy.  We run drills that challenge everyone’s abilities and create all around better athletes.

Coach Jeremy Williams played College Baseball in Centralia Washington, was in the Marine Corps and a Ocean Lifeguard for two seasons for the GGNRA.  As assistant with the Tamalpais Varsity Baseball team for 7 years he has been working with kids and adults for over 22 years.  Coach also uses his Trainer skills to enhance ones own awareness of their physical talents and abilities while becoming stronger and more precise.

SWIMMING:  As a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Coach taught over 3,000 swim lessons in Marin, working at the JCC, Mill Valley Recreation Pool and the Cove Apartments in Tiburon. Jeremy can teach infants and adults.  Swimming is the most important life saving skill on earth and it starts with learning about your own buoyancy and the ability to relax and then react in a smooth and calm manner. Grace in a pool is everything.  As a father, I truly understand the need to get a child water safe.  I will teach you as a parent how to excel that process if desired.

Moms called me the swim whisperer on the SMMC 2010 website.

We do lessons at the Strawberry Shores pool. It is a perfect quit setting with private bathrooms.
